Kiernan Station is conveniently located near highway 99 and 219 in Salida, CA. Kiernan Station is the latest light industrial complex built by Hughes Development.

This light industrial complex is comprised of 15 new, unoccupied units.  The units are steel frame construction with metal insulated roofs.  The roofs have skylights installed for natural light. Each unit comes with a 12' X 14' roll-up door with a separate man door, making access easy. Six units are available with 140 square foot offices.

These units are fully sheet-rocked with finished concrete floors.  The private offices are taped/textured and painted for immediate occupancy. Each unit has complete plumbing, electrical (200 amp) and communication services.
