The Warehouse Unit units are located on Building Two, which is on the frontage of Kiernan Avenue.  These units are 14' X 35' in dimension, yielding 490 sq.ft. of space. Each building has a shared men's and women's restroom facilities. The warehouses have been taped and textured.  Tenant improvements are available at an additional cost.  Annual leases begin at $465 per month. Click here for park layout map.
